Nichola G. Krebsbach
Nichola Krebsbach formed Krebsbach Law, APC after working with multiple premier boutique law firms. She brings a superior academic record and outstanding legal credentials, as well as a wealth of experience as a small business owner, financial broker, and mother. Additionally, Nickie co-founded the West Coast Resolution Group, focusing on providing mediation services to resolve conflicts outside the courtroom.
Nickie earned her Juris Doctorate Degree with Distinction. While completing her law degree, Nickie was published in Volume 23 of the San Joaquin Agricultural Law Review, and was a Judicial Extern to the Honorable Anthony W. Ishii, United States District Judge, Eastern District of California.
Ms. Krebsbach has over ten years’ experience in private sector business prior to attending law school. Nickie studied Managerial Economics at the University of California at Davis and is a student of Harvard Business School. Nickie practices primarily estate planning and probate/trust estate administration. Additionally, Nickie practices special education law, advocating for the civil rights of children with special needs to ensure an appropriate education under the Individuals with Disabilities Education Act. Nickie has completed nearly one-hundred hours of formal educational training in the area of special education law.
Community Involvement
Ms. Krebsbach is a Charter Member of the Tulare Sunrise Rotary Club, having served as its Vocational Chairperson, later becoming a member of Visalia County Center Rotary Club and a Paul Harris Fellow. From 2012 through 2015, Nickie served as an Advisory Board Member to the non-profit Crime Victim’s Advocacy Center of Tulare County. Nickie has served in various other capacities including as Executive Board Member for the St. Paul’s School Parents Guild and Regional Board Member for the American Youth Soccer Organization. She currently serves on the Board of Directors of the Kaweah Health Foundation and El Diamante High School Miner Foundation.
